It seems simple to me, but it doesn't matter what I'm doing, I'm noticing all the details. It may be the texture of the plaster, the arch of a window, or the pattern in the wood. I've always been that way and am a big advocate of texture in all aspects of my life. I love texture in the clothes I wear, the home I live in, and the jewelry I make.

I like to explore places that have texture. I usually get the most inspired when I walk into a salvage shop, architectural antique store, something being demolished, something with history….something with a story. I think that's one of the things that keeps me inspired to make these unique pieces of jewelry. They each tell a story. Some tell the story of where the pieces came from, their original provenance or what they mean to someone.
I love the search. I love the find. I love to create. I hope you will enjoy the stories we have to tell about what inspires us whether it's fashion, shelter, food or travel.
